Before Smile makeover image This lovely lady was concerned about her smile. As you can see, her teeth were badly broken down. We used Invisalign clear braces to bring the teeth into an ideal alignment and they were restored with all ceramic crowns. In keeping with the perfect dental health and the natural biology of the oral tissues all the crowns were positioned above the gum line.

After treatment

After Smile makeover image As you can see from the after treatment image, the precision fit dentistry means that the margins of the crowns, even though above the gum, invisibly blend into the tooth. A perfect smile! The patient was literally in tears of joy once she saw her teeth. She mentioned on her next visit that while she was in America, people commented on how beautiful her teeth looked and she couldn't resist telling them that they were crowns which they could not believe!

This gentleman had crooked and broken teeth. He had a very decayed tooth on the right side which we had to remove. We used a combination of ceramic crowns and a bridge on the right side of his mouth to give him a new smile to be proud of. His family and friends were amazed by the result.

The images above shows a lady unhappy with the look of her old crowns as they looked dull and lifeless. They were made out of porcelain bonded to metal. Unknown to her we pointed out her gums were in very poor condition and the crowns were the source of inflammation. Note the dark red appearance to the gums just above her front crowns and she always had bleeding gums on brushing her teeth.

On removing the old crowns, lots of decay was found and her gums were in very poor condition. We replaced her crowns with beautiful all ceramics and this shows in a matter of 2 weeks her gum condition completely improved and are now healthy. Her smile was transformed, her gums stopped bleeding and her general health as a result was improved.
