The Patient Coordinators main role will be to make your trip to the dentist as painless and as comfortable for you as possible, this will include coming into the surgery with you and help liaise with your dentist. Afterwards, you will be taken to the consultation room, where they will explain all your treatments to you in a jargon free manner, show you examples on the TV and run through the payment choices available so that together the best course of treatment can be established for you.
This is your chance to ask any questions and make sure you are happy with the arrangements.
